Todd Sweaney founded our company in 1992 and has become one of Bakersfield's finest builders. Sweaney Construction is a family-run business dedicated to building 10-15 custom and semi-custom homes per year. We intentionally keep our company this size in order to maintain our customer satisfaction and focus on quality.

Todd grew up in the building industry with 15 years of hands-on experience. His educational background is in Construction Management and Architecture. Not only does Todd help design the house of your dreams from the ground up, but he also personally inspects each work site daily. Todd regularly attends industry seminars to stay on the leading edge of technology and design. He is also an active member in the BIA and NAHB.
