Sweaney Construction, Inc. Brings Home the Latest in Custom Home Design and Production Trends. Todd Sweaney, President of Sweaney Construction, Inc. was invited to participate in the 12th Annual National Association of Home Builders' Customer Builder Symposium in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 27-29, 2000.

Todd Sweaney along with more than 650 of the country's premier custom home builders attended two days of educational programs on design, marketing, business management, production and technology.

Industry experts shared their knowledge on how to strengthen business practices by developing and fine-tuning company procedures, using computers, and controlling their land development. Builders also examined how to integrate the Internet into the management of their home building operation.

Builders networked during daily roundtables exchanging ideas on design, partnering with other custom home builders, sharpening their sales techniques, business planning, time management, improving the customer service process, and operating a professional and profitable business.
