We are pleased to announce the Sweaney Custom Homes “Refer a Friend” Program!!!

This program is available to all Sweaney homeowners who refer a qualified purchaser. A qualified purchaser is a buyer that purchases a home or engages our services for a remodel after being referred by a Sweaney homeowner, even if the referring homeowner is the purchaser. The referral fee may be applied to the purchase/remodel contract as part of the down payment if desired. In order to qualify, you must register at our sales office or online at referral form.pdf

You must be registered prior to your referral’s initial visit to our sales office. If the potential homebuyer you referred purchases a new home, a check in the amount of $1,000 will be sent to you upon close of escrow, as a thank you for your referral. If the potential remodel customer you referred enters into a remodel contract in excess of $25,000, a check in the amount of $750 will be sent to you upon completion of the project, as a thank you for your referral.

There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. Registration must be submitted prior to or during the buyer’s initial visit in order for a referral fee to be paid. Sweaney Custom Homes reserves the right to change program details and discontinue the program at any time without notice.
