I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Todd Sweaney, a Central California custom home builder with national recognition for my homes and the revolutionary process I use to craft them. As we begin building homes in the San Diego area we will be using local sub-contractors – to help support the local economy. However, when that becomes impossible we have an abundance of sub contractors we work with every day, who will be available to help keep our projects on time.
